Well it’s 2008 everyone…. Time does fly faster the older we get… I can guarantee it. Anyway the weather has been really supportive of the shooting sports in this part of the Union. A couple of cold days won’t keep me off the range. More testing…..AND MORE PRACTICE FOR ME!! It seems as the years past I need a little extra effort to retain the stamina required to compete in the 2700’s, IDPA’s and Three Gun’s etc. Of course I also have to keep up the website during the transition to a newer look. Can’t afford to let it be boring and there is no one to help me……
Before you know it it will be weekends of competing and week days of reloading, and the thought of not dealing with the empty casings from the gun to the cleaner puts a wide smile on my face. BUBCA catches the brass, I close her up and when I get home I drop them, hands-free into the brass cleaner….Hands Free I Say!! I love this part because it’s nice not to be covered with powder and residue, though I don’t think it was a big concern when I was young. Now I am spoiled and expect more…It’s the 21st Century for crying out loud! BUBCA brings you into the 21st Century and is far superior to anything from the past. Get a clue people.
I have to check on the Nationals on whether we offer BUBCA there in July or I just go up to compete. I would love to do both. Maybe something will come up afording me the chance to do both. Production will now be winding up to handle the customers we are getting now and what we will need for Perry. I don’t know if we can keep enough in stock to make the inventory for the shoot. We will do the best we can. I look forward to Camp Perry this year as it’s been 5 years since I was able to make it. The time has come.
Well I hope Santa got you everything you wanted, however if you didn’t get a BUBCA Santa gipped you. One shooter to another… you really need it even if you don’t reload. I see so many shooters that have no regard for their surroundings and leave the steel casings on the ground along with what ever else other people won’t pick up, like 22LR brass. It’s a shame and if you really want to help your local range be cleaner, let them know about the BUBCA system because we do offer special quantity pricing to shooting ranges and clubs. Do them all a favor and let them know while helping to keep the environment clean.
